I got our 4.5 x 2.2m above ground temporary steel poled pool out of the garage this week and decided to put it up today. Even though I had packed it away very carefully, of course I still couldn’t find the instructions to put it back up.
It is reasonably self explanatory I guess when you look at the picture in the box (assuming you have the box!), but the problem I had was the 12 poles were labelled 4 each of A,B and C and I couldn’t find any videos or instructions online that explained which poles went where. After a lot of internet searching I gave up and decided to just try to do it myself!
So if you are trying to figure out how it goes together then I’ll save you the time I took to search to no avail (with AI results just giving me the wrong pool).
Once you have spread out the pool then you can start putting the top horizontal poles in together with the connecting pieces.
There are 4 poles labelled A and the same for B and C. The poles labelled A are slightly shorter and they go along the shorter ends of the pool. The poles go in to the connectors and then have a pop out button that stops them coming out.
The poles labelled B are the same length as those labelled C but the holes at each end of the ones labelled B are at 90 degrees to each other so that they click into both the corner and the side connectors. The poles labelled C have holes at each end that point in the same direction.
So the B poles go near the corners, on the long sides. That leaves the poles labelled C to go in the middle of the long sides as per my picture below.

Once the horizontal poles are in place you can insert the side and corner verticals ensuring you pull out the flaps for the side verticals that are underneath the pool.
I bought this pool from Amazon a couple of summers ago and it was good for the kids to play in (as well as the adults!). Previously it was on grass (which it obviously killed!) but since then I moved house and now have room for it on the patio.
